Get Golf Fit!


Do you suffer from back pain during your golf swing?

Feel rough the day after a round of golf?

 Is the problem your golf swing or your golf fitness?

Playing better golf is easier than it seems!

With a little work on the most important piece of equipment – your body – we can help you to lower your scores, add distance and really excel at golf!

What does this entail?

We will determine your golf fitness handicap using a series of body movement tests which illustrate the following:

  • how your body performs during a golf swing,
  • the swing fault demonstrated
  • possible risks for an injury from golf.

If your golf fitness handicap is higher than your current golf handicap, we will provide you with a tailored exercise program to improve your golf swing.

 

Hands on treatment can also be provided to improve:

  • joint or spinal mobility,
  • soft tissue restrictions
  • muscle imbalances and weaknesses

Should you require more assistance to improve your:

 posture, mobility or stability,

appointments can be set up with the Physiotherapist and/ or Biokineticist
