With a little work on the most important piece of equipment – your body – we can help you to lower your scores, add distance and really excel at golf!
What does this entail?
We will determine your golf fitness handicap using a series of body movement tests which illustrate the following:
- how your body performs during a golf swing,
- the swing fault demonstrated
- possible risks for an injury from golf.
If your golf fitness handicap is higher than your current golf handicap, we will provide you with a tailored exercise program to improve your golf swing.
Hands on treatment can also be provided to improve:
- joint or spinal mobility,
- soft tissue restrictions
- muscle imbalances and weaknesses
